Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges are applied per order. If you need to send orders to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

UK Delivery Options
(orders placed Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays):

- Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) - £8.00 or free on orders over £150. Delivery the following working day. Orders must be placed by 4pm.

- Standard Delivery - £5.00 or free on orders over £99. Delivery for most standard orders within 3-5 working days. Please note
that this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

- Saturday Delivery - £12.00. Orders must be placed by 3pm on a working day.

- Click & Collect - £3.95 or free on orders over £99. Standard Delivery 3-5 working days via UPS, for orders over £99. You can choose from over 2700 local shops nationwide and collect your order at your convenience. (Please check your local store's opening hours before placing your order). Participating shops are part of the UPS Access Points™ network. You will receive an email to tell you when your order is ready to collect.

To ensure accurate delivery and to confirm that our delivery service has all the necessary information, we utilize a system that confirms your address using your postal code.

Unfortunately, we cannot process orders to P.O Box or British Forces Postal Office addresses.

In accordance with your delivery preference, orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

UK mainland orders with Overnight or Second Day Service will be processed the next day if received by 4:00 PM. However, please allow two additional days for deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Aberdeen, Northern Ireland and other rural areas.

Your order will be delivered by a courier service, and we ask that someone be present to sign for it. If no-one is available, our delivery company will leave a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave it 'hidden' at the address.

Please note that Maison Berber Online only delivers online orders to UK addresses (excluding the Channel Islands). All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing, to ensure the security of your transaction. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.
