Dispatch & Delivery:
Lead time before shipping varies depending on our workload. We aim to dispatch the working day following receipt of your order. However, if we are quiet and you order early enough, we might ship the same day.

Weight & Special Orders:
Shipping rates cover deliveries up to 5kg. For particularly bulky or heavy orders, we may contact you with a revised shipping quote. If you choose not to proceed, we will issue an immediate refund.

Returns & Refunds:
Items returned due to unpaid import fees will not be refunded for shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.

To initiate a return:

2. Enclose your dispatch note with the return
3. Use a tracked shipping service for peace of mind (we cannot be held responsible for missing items)
4. Your refund will be processed upon receipt, within 30 days
