International Shipping:

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail international services. Your shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and the contents of your order, and the exact price is always shown before you pay.

Please note that the UK is no longer part of the European Union, and your order may be subject to import fees, VAT, and duty in your destination country, for which you are responsible. As our products are handmade from natural materials, it's also worth checking any import regulations that apply in your destination country.

Dispatch & Delivery:

Lead time before shipping varies depending on our workload. We aim to dispatch the working day following receipt of your order. However, if we are quiet and you order early enough, we might ship the same day.

If your location isn't available at checkout, please email hello@maisonberber.com with the items you'd like and we'll confirm if we can ship to you and the cost.

Returns & Refunds:

Items returned due to unpaid import fees will not be refunded for shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.
