Lead time before shipping varies depending on our workload. We aim to dispatch the working day following receipt of your order. However, if we are quiet and you order early enough, we might ship the same day.

Weight and Pricing:

Prices shown are for deliveries up to 5kg. For particularly bulky or heavy orders, we may contact you with a revised shipping quote. If you choose not to proceed, we will issue an immediate refund.

Items returned due to unpaid import fees will not be refunded for shipping fees, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our costs.

If your location is not listed, please email hello@maisonberber.com with the items you wish to purchase. We will advise if we can ship to you and provide the cost.

Returns Policy:

We hope you're satisfied with your purchase, but if not, or if you've changed your mind, please return your unused, unopened item to us for a refund. Email hello@maisonberber.com to inform us of your return within 30 days of receipt.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt, within 30 days. Please enclose your
dispatch note.

For peace of mind, return your item using a tracked service; we cannot be held responsible for missing items.

Cancellation:

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your items have not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us before we can process the refund. In this case, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
