Thank you for ordering with Maison Berber. The following delivery terms apply to all wholesale trade accounts.
Minimum Order
All wholesale orders carry a minimum order value of £149 (excluding shipping). Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
UK Shipping

| £500 and over | Free delivery |
UK orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. We use tracked courier services and you will receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to trade customers. International shipping rates vary depending on destination, weight, and order size. Please contact us before placing your international order to receive a shipping quote.

Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm GMT are processed the same working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Damaged or Missing Items
