Matching Tamegroute pieces

Bring authentic Moroccan craftsmanship to your table with this handmade Tamegroute green pedestal bowl. Traditionally crafted by skilled artisans in southern Morocco, each bowl features a rich green glaze, an elevated pedestal base and a distinctive scalloped rim with small dark glaze accents.

The traditional firing process creates beautiful variations in colour, texture and finish, making every bowl unique.

Perfect for serving fresh fruit, salads and sharing dishes, this food-safe Moroccan ceramic bowl also makes a striking centrepiece for a dining table, kitchen island or console. Its sculptural silhouette and earthy green tones complement both contemporary and rustic interiors.

Tamegroute bowls are stacked vertically during firing. Where pottery touches, minor glaze chips occur naturally. Where ash settles, it creates soft marks and colour variation. Where glaze runs, it pools unevenly and flows into exposed clay. The half-glazed splatter finish intensifies these variations—the ochre flows dramatically, the raw clay darkens in the kiln, each bowl emerges completely unique.

Each piece carries the story of the kiln and the fire. The variations in glaze depth, the chips at the rim, the contrast between glazed and raw clay, the asymmetry in the form—these are fingerprints of handmade pottery, not flaws. They prove a Moroccan artisan shaped this by hand and fired it using traditional methods that cannot be replicated by machines.

When you own Tamegroute pottery, you own durability and a piece that gets better with age.
