Tamegroute Sculptural Vase — Green
A tall, architectural vase handmade in Tamegroute, southern Morocco.
The striking form combines a rounded base with a sculpted stepped neck, finished in the village’s signature deep green glaze.
Its bold silhouette and reflective surface make it a commanding centrepiece for contemporary and rustic interiors alike.
The Craft
Each vase is wheel-thrown using local clay and fired in traditional underground kilns unique to Tamegroute.
During firing, the mineral-rich glaze matures into deep emerald and jade tones with natural drips and texture.
Every piece carries subtle variations that reveal the hand of the maker and the unpredictable alchemy of the kiln.
Styling
Display solo as a statement object or style with tall dried grasses, sculptural branches, or palm stems.
Its height and form add drama to consoles, sideboards, or entryway tables.
Pairs beautifully with neutral palettes, linen, and aged wood finishes.
